For those staying at the Hyatt and Francis Marion, we will have transportation to and from the venue at the below times. For those staying elsewhere, we suggest organizing an uber in advance. There is also parking onsite at the venue.

3:50pm- Francis Marion Pick up (pick up will be on Calhoun Street)

4:15pm- Hyatt Pick up (pick up will be on King Street)

If you know you are attending, we recommend booking your hotel / accommodation as soon as possible to get the best rates.

We have secured 12 rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Hyatt Place, and 10 rooms at the Francis Marion.
